I am speechless. Pictured: Monster crab with claws the size of a man's hand captured off the British coast | Mail Online
That is awesome, I particularly love the bit where he says 'yeah, we're gonna eat it' which seems odd, but what else do you do with a crab that big? I blame nuclear weapon testing of Truro myself.
crab soup crab gumbo crab kabobs crab fritters crab salad crab cakes crab bisque.....................that's a lot of crab!
I am a big fan of Davros and the Daleks back from the Tom Baker Days! Nice sig pic. The New Dr was good, the guy from 28 days, but he left too soon. Crabs, I'm more of a Lobster man with sweet corn and clam chowda....oh and MacAndrews Scotch Ale I miss the old Jacques Cousteau specials with the twilight zone guy(Rod Serling) doing the voice overs. He would have had a field day with that crab.
Actually no, that crabs a male and we all know it's female hormones that are found in plastic. It's probably global warming, the water gets hotter, the crab thinks it's on it's way to a beach holiday to Barbados and starts pumping iron ready to strut it's stuff among all the lady crabs. Then, just as it realises it's the biggest, baddest, most shirt ripping crab out there, someone yanks him out the water and drops him in a pot so big his legs blow off.
Off Topic - Dr Who David Tenant the current Doctor has done a good job and the new series on the whole has got better with each new year. We here in the UK are about to see the cliff hanger part two final of series four and what a cliff hanger it was from part one. Great to see the return of Davros who really is meaner now. Back on Topic - The giant Crab I have never seen a crab of that size outside a museum. I may be wrong, and this is going way back for me, but isn't there a museum in Tring which has got a real big one on display? Back with the one in the news what a lucky man he is.
The museum of natural history in NY has a couple that big but again some guy decides to go down scuba diving in a shipwreck and has the possiblity of coming up without an arm; not bad for a day under the sea.
Hallelujah bwatha, pwaise tha Lowd! Actually the other day I passed by a Lisbon see-food/brewery and saw crab legs bigger than that in the shop front. I confess I was tempted but...
Reminds me of the last episode of The Prisoner, when they're all singing Dem bones, dem bones, dem dry bones!
You can keep the Lobsters and Crabs all to yourselves, just leave me Suthern cookin' fer myself. A nice Chickenfried Steak dinner is soon to happen ;-D
Stop, a Prisoner fan too, That is also in my collecton of Best English Tube. I couldn't quite grasp the bubble thing.....maybe it was a Giant crab burping
I heard the cybermen like crabs or maybe it was that they had them referencing a certain signature pic that will inevitably be removed, losing the joke forever.
