Bomb Alert in Brussels?

Any more info? This is about as vague as it gets.

Since almost 3 hours the police are covering a possible terrorist,for the moment, they do nothing else,they wait for the arrival of a specialised unit who will send a robot to look if the man has explosives and if so to render them harmless .

"Police have held at a man at gunpoint in the Belgian capital Brussels after he was reportedly spotted wearing a heavy winter coat with wires protruding it.
A massive security operation was launched near Place de la Monnaie in the centre of the city after the man was seen acting suspiciously.
He also wore a long coat, which is said to have had cables hanging from it.

If they'd said temperatures were 89F, I'd have known what they were talking about. Keep having this argument with my youngest,

 

The man was innocent . Why he was wearing a winter coat in the summer ? No one knows . It seems that he is a student .He did research about radiation

 

Well, I've seen people in winter wearing thick thermal insulated jackets in the sunshine. While that fact wasn't surprising, it was in Saudi Arabia, and the outside temperature was 28 degrees in the shade...

 

The student was an Iranian .

 

Right. In other words, probably frozen. Remember meeting an Aussie tourist in Stirling 20 odd years in August who was wearing a ski jacket inside a pub.
