Anyone know if early metal tails on E through to early G-6 had rounded rivets? Later wood ones would not have had 'any' rivets it would seem. a friend of mine has a book with closeup 109 tail photos. they all looked flat as a board except for hinge screws. So much for Carson's 109 comments.
